Really it is just about having fun! It is an opportunity to get extra pictures and sessions for free. And if your friends join too...even better! You will also make new friends from the team and that is one of the best parts.

This is my marketing program for seniors so on my end the purpose is to advertise and get my name out there but honestly that's not what I love the most about it. I LOVE getting to know all of you and just do fun creative shoots with together. It makes your individual senior session that much better since we will already have worked together.! On your end your job is to have fun and help get my name out there by sharing images from the team shoots and referring your friends to book with me.
What are the requirements & benefits
& how much will it cost?
Benefits of the program:

an invitation to be part of at least 2 group photo sessions (free). These sessions are all optional so there is no pressure if you have a busy schedule and cannot attend! ​

all edited digital files from the group sessions (are free)

a free individual photo if you attend a group session (plus the digital file(s) for this). Most models end up with around 10 free individual images if they attend all of the sessions.

no session fee ($300 savings)

discounted digital packages. $200 off of LUXE, $125 off of Signature.

Free session upgrade from LUXE to Senior Story which also includes the sitting for your cap and gown session for free and one additional Signature Session of your choice.

In total my models will save almost $1000 for the Senior Story Package

​Please note: While most group sessions are free, some group sessions will have a small fee
(no more than $20) if I have to purchase props, rent a venue, or hire an assistant.

Requirements are as follows:

You must book your senior photo session with Fresh Light Studio

You must be a Class of 2027 High school senior
-
You must sign the model agreement
-
You must place a non refundable $250 deposit when you are chosen for the team. This deposit will be applied to a print credit you may use to order a package.

must pay fees on time to continue to get discounts and invitations to groups

Financial Timeline:

$250 non refundable deposit is due upon being accepted. This will be available to be used as a print package credit when you finalize your order in April.

2/12/26: 50% payment towards the balance for your LUXE session digital package.

4/15/2026: Balance of your LUXE digital package due. Print packaged will also be available (optional).

6/15/26: (optional) Fall session bookings offered
-
7/15/26 (optional) cap and gown session bookings offered

also optional: I will give the opportunity to add professional hair and makeup to your package in January.

Package Pricing:​
​
The Senior Story Package includes the sitting for 3 sessions. For my models, your $250 deposit can be applied to any print package (this is a $300 savings).
​

LUXE session digital package is $595 after your $200 model discount: this is held in Summer 2026 and includes up to 2 hours of shooting and 3 outfits. This is the only required package.

Signature session (optional) digital package is $350 after your $125 model discount: this is held in Fall of 2026 or Spring of 2027 and includes 1 outfit and 45 minutes of shooting.

cap and gown session (optional) digital package is $350 after your $125 model discount: held in Spring 2027 and 45 minutes and includes cap & gown and college tee pictures.

I also offer wall art, albums, gift prints, and announcements. You will be offered a discount on all of these items.
